A home base, printing, and a few quiet fixes

A quieter week of work: the dashboard becomes a proper home base, every recipe now prints to a clean, kitchen-friendly layout with its source, linking your phone is easier, and sign-in, the shared header, dark mode, and screen-reader support all got steadier.

Not every update is a headline feature. This week was the quieter kind of work, the sort that makes an app worth living in.

The dashboard is now a proper home base. Open it and you see the next few days of meals, your recent recipes, and your shopping lists at a glance, on whatever screen you happen to be using.

We also added printing. A digital collection is the whole point, but sometimes you just want a page you can set on the counter and cover in flour. Every recipe now prints to a clean, kitchen-friendly layout, and the source prints along with it, so credit always travels with the recipe.

Getting Sharp Cooking onto your phone is easier, too. On desktop, the code to link your phone now sits right at the bottom of the page.

Underneath all of that, sign-in emails are more reliable, every page shares one consistent header, and we kept improving dark mode and screen reader support.

Nothing flashy this week. Just a handful of things that make the everyday a little smoother.
