It's your kitchen. Build accordingly.

If you're reading this, then chances are you're not a food blogger, you’re not on TV, and you're not running a restaurant. You're just someone cooking for yourself and maybe a few friends and family, and you need to know where to begin. You don’t need a commercial kitchen or a video studio; you just need the right few pieces that match the way you cook and eat.

First things first: What kind of food do you like to eat? What do you actually want to cook? Think of a half-dozen recipes you’d like to make: maybe your parents’ home cooking, maybe things you’ve found on your own. Construct your kitchen with those in mind, and go from there.

It doesn't matter what an influencer uses or what a store wants to sell you. The starting place is somewhere between your plate and your stomach.

Here at Sharp Cooking (and specifically in the Schick Shack) we've been messing up kitchens for decades. If you're just starting out, learn from our experience.
