This platform is currently in beta mode. Features, functionality, and user experience may change without notice as we continue to develop and improve the service.
2. NO WARRANTY
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about the platform's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own risk.
3. AI EXTRACTION LIMITATIONS
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to extract and process recipe information. AI can make mistakes. Please carefully review all recipe outputs for accuracy before using them. Do not rely solely on AI-extracted data without verification.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
As a beta tester, you agree NOT to:
- Upload any malware, viruses, or malicious code to the platform.
- Attempt to inform competitors about the platform's functionality or features.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform.
- Use the platform to violate copyright laws or infringe on any intellectual property rights.
- Upload content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
- Upload content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Upload content that violates any person's right to privacy or publicity.
- Engage in any form of piracy or distribution of copyrighted materials without authorization.
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
5. CONTENT REMOVAL AND MODERATION
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any user content at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, content that:
- Violates these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
- Contains defamatory, libelous, or threatening material.
- Violates privacy rights or contains personal information of others without consent.
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise violates applicable laws.
- We determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, objectionable, or harmful.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms or for legal, ethical, security, or business reasons. You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to store or maintain your content, and we recommend maintaining your own backups.
6. FEEDBACK AND TESTING
As a beta tester, we encourage you to provide feedback about your experience. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your beta access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
8. PRIVATE, NON-COMMERCIAL USE
This application is for private, non-commercial use only. You may not use this platform for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling recipes, operating a commercial food business, or any other revenue-generating activities.

10. YOUR RECIPES AND DATA
You retain full ownership of all recipes and data you upload to the platform. Your content remains yours. However, we reserve the right to remove content as outlined in Section 5.
11. PRIVACY
We will not share or publish any user information, data, or recipes without your permission or as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
12. GOVERNING LAW
Use of this application is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Massachusetts.
